Beginner Gun Skills Workshop

At Lander Defense LLC

Do you need to “get up to speed”? This workshop covers the basics of Gun Safety, Handling, Marksmanship, Cleaning and Maintenance. It is an ongoing program for beginners who want to drop in and build some skills.

Here is how it works: Contact us here on Facebook, or at 307-714-2263 and let us know that you are going to show up and what you feel that you need to work on. We will tailor the workshop to the custom needs of the students.

As a bonus, your fees cover all training held that week, so you attend a Friday session too! (See our Schedule at

Kids Caving Extreme!

Tuesday 8/7 – Saturday 8/11
Hosted by Sinks Canyon State Park

Come experience a guided cave adventure exploring Sinks Canyon’s Boulder Choke Cave. Limit of 10 people per time slot. Helmets and lights are provided. Light gloves, old clothing, and sturdy shoes recommended. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early as tours will be leaving on time. Caving liability forms must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian at the Visitor’s Center. The cave is visitor friendly and while there are some areas where participants must crawl, most of the cave is accessible on foot. A prominent feature of the cave is the appearance of the Popo Agie River. Tours available for youth 18 and under, children 9 and under must have a parent or guardian accompany them on the tour. FREE!
