J.D. Warren, III (Trey) thanks his lucky stars everyday that he gets to live, work, and play in Lander. After moving to Lander in 1994 from Texas, Trey has grown deep roots in the community. Serving on many civic boards and giving of his time to build and donate to the community is very important to him. Raising his daughter, Lena (who is now at the University of Wyoming) and spending countless days outdoors with her are some of his fondest memories. Trey is married to Jagoe, and together they are raising Jagoe’s daughter Asha. Asha is a source of much pride for Trey and he loves to attend her sports events.
Whimpy Wolf Builders was Trey’s design/build company from 2001-2017. During the WWB years, Trey designed and built many custom homes in the Lander area and refurbished a number of the iconic downtown buildings. Trey no longer has a construction company but continues to be big part of Lander’s evolving environment. The Householder Properties office at 911 Main is a recent project by Trey that restored a very prominent corner on Lander’s Main Street. The Purina Mills Grain Elevator is Lander’s iconic landmark that Trey co-owns with his wife, Jagoe. This property highlights the way Trey approaches building and design. Trey spent over a year re-developing the building and breathing new life into it. The Elevator complex houses The Bike Mill, Bhava Shala Community Space, The Crib Airbnb, and three offices.
Passionate about Lander, Trey works hard everyday to make this town a better place to live and make a living. As a member of Rotary International, Trey dives head first into the local projects, sponsorships, and programs they organize. Trey served as the Rotary president from 2016-2017 and club secretary from 2014-2015. His favorite event of the year is Rotary’s annual 4th of July Buffalo Barbecue. A longtime member of the Lander Planning Commission (and past Chair) Trey has been heavily involved in the rewriting of the zoning code with the intention of making Lander a more affordable place to live.
At the end of the day Trey adores this town; he lies awake at night envisioning how to make it even better and can’t wait to get after it the next day. His enthusiasm is contagious and his dedication is above and beyond. Trey’s daily affirmation is ” Make it a great day. Make it a great life.” Lander makes it easy to do just that.
Sheri Culver grew up in a ranching family in South East Wyoming were her passion for the outdoors started. She has a deep understanding and respect for Wyoming and the independent way of life that represents its people, traditions and western heritage. Sheri is a member of the Fremont County Board of REALTORS, Wyoming Association REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS and is licensed in Wyoming. She has teamed up with her husband Tim to bring you top-notch service. It is their goal to create lifelong relationships built on honesty and respect. Whether you are expanding or downsizing, a first time home-buyer, or new to the area, they can give you professional guidance through every step of the process.
Some of Sheri’s favorite things to do in her spare time are spending time with her family and friends, hiking, biking, boating, quilting and working on their home and garden.
As a Householder Properties team member Tim does more than show houses. With more than 8 years as an Estimator & Project Manager (problem solver) building homes, he is obsessed with knowing the value of houses. It is his calling to help clients navigate buying, selling and investing in real estate. Paired up with his wife Sheri, the Culver Team focuses on developing strong relationships professionally and personally. They provide clients twice the service without additional cost… VALUE.
Tim is inspired daily by his wife Sheri, his three children and grandkids. When not, rehabbing properties you will find him with his family camping, hunting/fishing, biking or maybe out flying airplanes.
Goal-driven, adventure seeker, and expert at online marketing, Cristan prides herself on her many years of management, marketing skills, quality assurance, and program development experience. Coming to us with a Degree in Marketing, she has a drive and determination to help Householder Properties achieve greatness. She’s an expert at online marketing, a nerd when it comes to reports, and has true passion for helping businesses grow. Her creativity and brand thinking has made her mark from Denver, Colorado as a Senior Marketing Manager/Office Manager, to Dallas, Texas where she held a role as Associate Producer for TV and Film, and now, to her beautiful home state of Wyoming, where she currently runs the Marketing and daily Operations for Householder Properties.
Cristan ensures that things run smoothly, and creates operations strategy and flow to keep Trey and the clients on-track. As a well-versed individual with over 15-years in the marketing industry, she is someone who truly has a passion and love for everything marketing.
