Learn to Activate Your Lymphatic System

Saturday 4/21
10am-1pm
At SweetWater Wellness – Therapeutic Float & Holistic Center

From Karen:

The lymphatic system IS the immune system. This class will teach you how to get your immune system working properly so it will be very difficult to get sick. At the same time, if you have health issues and concerns…the body’s lymphatic system (aka immune system) can literally reverse disease over time.

The lymphatic system has two main functions:

1. It protects us from infection from bacteria, viruses, fungi, and tumors
2. Cleans up intercellular waste ie: the lymphatic system IS the trash man of the body.

All forms of healing modalities work in some form or fashion because they in some way activate or stimulate the lymphatic system either partially or fully. Knowing how the lymphatic system works is the basis for all other healing work.
